Annual Reports
Each year, the OAFS issues an annual report for the previous financial year. All annual reports provide a comprehensive statistical and qualitative review of enquiries and complaints processed. They also provide a summary of several final decisions delivered by the Arbiter for Financial Services during the year. The Office's financial year statements are also included.
